Retainer Fee
After your deposit is paid, you will be sent a link to the portrait contract and a questionnaire (if doing a phone consultation, otherwise we go over everything at your in person consultation) once completed your time and date will be added to the schedule.
All
sessions require a $50 RETAINER FEE to be placed on the calendar along
with a signed contract. After both have been signed/paid, you are
officially booked! The retainer fee is not refundable. You can pay by
cash, check, or credit card. Please contact me for my mailing address if
you would like to mail your payment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE BOOKED - NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
Please contact me at least 24-48 hours in advance if your child is sick and you won’t be able to attend your scheduled portrait session. Although the retainer fee is not refundable, if your child is sick and we can reschedule your session within 14 days, a new retainer fee is not required.

Simple Cake Smash
- 1 set/outfit, custom setups not available.
- 20-30 minutes
- Single child only, no family poses (Please call about twins)
- Basic/minimal setup (White on White, or Simple set up with banners and/or basic balloons.
- Studio will not provide cake for session as a pre-caution for allergies
- Does not include cutouts.
- Does not include balloon garland, but can be added at an additional charge.
- Pre-smash and smash photos on the same set
- 10 digital images
- Editing of all final choices
Themed Cake Smash
- One themed setup with existing props or client provided props (client props must be dropped off at the studio, one week prior to the session.)
- 1 outfit
- Studio will not provide cake for session as a pre-caution for allergies
- Pre-smash and smash photos on the same set
- 30-60 minutes
- Single child only, can include one family pose (this is not a full family session). Please call about twins.
- Can include balloon garland. Balloons can be taken home after session.
- 20 digital images
- Editing of all final choices
Custom Themed Sets
Half the session fee ($275) is due at booking and will considered as your retainer fee (this is non-refundable), the remaining amount is due one week prior to your session. They include non-cake smash photos before hand, a custom themed setup made with cut outs, and a splash bath at the end. Includes 20-30 retouched images. Please note that we have lots of props in the studio and we may have everything we need to create your vision without an extra cost. Specific backdrop request (other then what is already in the studio) will be billed at cost in addition to the session.
